Terms of use.

The rules that govern your use of Zakaria Labs websites, apps, and related services.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zakaria Labs websites or apps (including Movieszak, Native Farming, LIDAR 3D Modeling, Minecraft Skins, and other Zakaria Labs applications), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide mobile applications and related digital services that may include free features, optional subscriptions, and in-app purchases. Features may change, and beta or “coming soon” products may be incomplete or unavailable.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential. See our Account Creation policy for eligibility and account rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our apps except where allowed by law.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Use our services for fraud, spam, or any illegal activity.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in our apps, branding, design, code, and content belong to Zakaria Labs or our licensors. Third-party content (for example movie/TV metadata or artwork) remains owned by its respective rights holders and is used under applicable licenses or platform terms.

6. Purchases & subscriptions

Paid features are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are primarily handled by those platforms. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zakaria Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for users or our systems. You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
